Can any one recommend a help line, we did use one that was started for Cypton many years ago by two very nice and very knowledgable Welsh gentelman, they where then got rid off by the large company as they thought they could do better themselves. They then set up on there own from the College where they had been teaching, we used them for many years always with great sucess from there knowledge and help guide through some tricky jobs. Retirement has meant they have finished now which is a great shame. Anyway UK AT is a fantastic site and a massive help its just sometimes you just need something straightaway when you are pressed for time during the day. Any ideas. Thanks Steve

Hi Stephen I used the Crypton service many years ago when I started with diagnostics and found them very helpful at first. The chaps on the phone gave me some good pointers and where very easy to deal with. But it didn't take long before I got to the point that they couldn't help me as I was doing all the basic checks before I phoned them and then after chatting to them and them saying they could not help. They did say that when I sorted the problem could I ring them back so they could note down the fix and help others I cancelled my subscription. I now do training instead
