I recently had one with similar problems took a long while to sort, I had the engine mil flashing and fuel pump pulsing along with throttle body clicking (butterfly hitting stop)intermittantly most of the codes you have listed above were present and no comms at times it turned out to be the engine ecm at fault after having checked instrument cluster alarm and bcm circuits, earths feeds etc.
