I agree with Andrew on this, check the emulator for the petrol injectors. If the ECM detects an injector fault it can cut the cylinder out completely, resulting in a misfire on LPG as well as petrol. Got caught out on a dual fuel Vectra for a dry joint in the emulator, twenty minutes with a soldering iron (including removal and replacement)and she was as sweet as a nut.
