Had this vehicle in with the customer complaining of an intermittent, sudden loss of power. Test drive showed this up, when your driving along and push the throttle for power nothing happens. A couple of stabs at the pedal & away it goes again.
No fault codes logged, current data on the throttle position is very erratic. Have metered the throttle motor position sensor and all within parameters. However metering the pedal shows results which are slightly off. a few 100 ohms nothing more. Has any body had to change one of these out before? Does it need the adaptives resetting after intstall of a new pedal?
