no i haven't tried starting with the ect disconnected, hadn't considered that, by the time i get to posting on places like this my patience has worn quite thin & i develop a can't see the wood for the trees approach!
all the stress of self employment, employing staff, sickness & paternity leave, in that order i guess!!
