FIXED ISH, thanks tony,just read your reply,spot on,wish i had asked the question a few days ago,came into work wednesday morning and removed bottom pulley,there are 2 flats that locate pulley and pick up disc, it was worn and must of been loose and it had moved,put it back to where i thought it should be and tightened it up,advised customer and waiting to see if any warranty is available.thanks again.
