Remove the divertor valve and smoke test it with no vacuum applied - it may be sticking open and giving you 17707
I wouldn't expect evap solenoid to be working at idle (unless the system is doing some sort of test !! - unlikely though) and would cause a rich mixture if its open at idle which your code
Fuel Trim Bank 1 (Add): System too Rich - Intermittent is indicating.
