How did you get on wit this one?
I have done quite a few of these with 'cutting out when hot' issues. Most of the time it has been CAM or CRANK sensors. However, not with burnt out coils, I have, however, had to diagnose a Nissan Skyline burning out its coils as your car is, and that was an ECU issue.
