Have you checked inlet for air leaks ?
Fuel trims can give clues to MAF condition.
Have you tried with maf disconnected ?
Gas readings may be helpful.
Is the lambda sensor switching OK, if misfiring may up set that.
Fuel pressure and Compressions OK ?
