FIXED , after a lot of time chasing wiring fault i went back to basics / checked compression / vacum /and fuel pressure 1.5 bar should be 3.5 bar changed fuel pump and fuel pressure goes to 3.5 bar and it runs fine and starts perfect and fuel injectors run at 4.68 ms . so i can only think the ecu thought there was a temp sensor fault and increased injector times i didn't think a Peugeot was that clever
