Funnily enough, I mentioned to the customer about how useful a smoke generator would be in these circumstances.

The problem is that "Smoke Pro" is another one of those £Grands worth (near enough) of tool that is "Really Useful" about once a year. (Like the "Midtronics" type battery testers)

You also need a fairly substantial compressed air supply to make it work. Something I have never really satisfactorally sorted as a mobile.

So although I would "like" one (and would certainly find it helpful on occasion) I would find it hard to justify. Not only on cost grounds, but also weight and space!
