Vehicle will not rev or start, if timing is fully advanced it will start and rev.When checked timing was at 8BTDC and advancing ok.Bolt at one end of dizzy slot. When checked later timing was at 32BTDC but now vehicle is retarding it self. If timing is set up as per autodata at 5+-2BTDC vehicle is flat and will not rev and cuts hard to start if it will at all. Bolt in middle of dizzy slot. Fuel pressure & flow ok, air mass meter ok, cam timing ok, No DTCs stored, any help would be much appreciated
