Thanks for that Paul, I had already read it though .
Put in new plugs, found that the rear plug on the left bank may have suffered water ingress down it as the insulator of the plug was really filthy. Drove really nicely on a fairly long road test. Informed customer if problem returns we will be looking to check/replace some coils.
