Thanks for your replys,dave could be on to something,this fault NEVER occurs to reps,its allways veh that only do town runs and more often have low mileage! terrys fix looks great ,bearing in mind the dealer "re-flash costs",i will probably talk my customer into this mod,worth a try ,nigel this is a single cat version with just two sensors,will post results when done mod thanks.
