As Ray points out you need to do some more checks
Just because a scanner throws up a code which tells you it's a MAF fault, it does not always mean it is the MAF sensor itself
You need to do all the basic checks ie: correct voltages, scope the sensor
Do you have AutoData, Vivid or Bosch ESi? this will show you how to test components and expected voltages at the MAF and ECU pins, also example waveforms
