Unusual fault in that it starts and runs ok from cold but from hot it starts ok and within 5 or 10 seconds it runs very roughly and will not rev up. What happens is that it goes very rich, over 10 % CO , very high HC, black smoke from the exhaust then after maybe 30 or 40 seconds it's fine. At the time when it is running badly the injection duration is 20 ms, can jump about a bit from maybe 11 to 15 , have seen it as high as 26 ms. At the same time as this the coolant sensor reading is ok, MAP sensor reading goes high at about 700 millibar but I am sure this is more due to the fact it is running roughly and reducing the vacuum rather than the Map sensor itself causing the problem.
Oil and plugs look fairly recent, fault codes were as follows.
DF116 fuel circuit functional fault,O2 sensor error:rich. DF113 misfire on cylinder 3 non compliance with pollution standards. DF 207 upstream sensor signal input below the min level, these all clear ok and of course the lambda sensor fault codes return after it has run rough and probably fouled the sensor, revving the car afterwards to clear it brings it back into normal switching, I am veering towards a faulty ECU, unless anyone has seen this fault before and can suggest anything else please?
