The CO at 0.86 is not that high, this would probably be about right if a CAT was not fitted. O2 looks a fraction high, ideal around 0.5, CO2 looks not to bad, ideal around 14 to 15. HC a little high but may be due to wear and tear......may be looking at a CAT fault as well
