Hi Paul,
If you are in with OBD can you get live data that way?
Failing that, what about back to basics, find out where the extra air is coming from, ISCV or air leak? I take it access is bl**dy awful? Just thinking you need to find out if the fast idle is commanded by the PCM or is unintended.
