Vauxhall Meriva 1.6 16XEP 2006 - Non start #

Year of Manufacture *: 2006
Engine Size and Code *: 16 xep
( Optional ) Scanner Used: Opcom,crypton pro scan and Launch master
( Optional) Fault Codes: non

Hi all i got this Meriva towed in non start, all my scanners don't comm with engine control module, but all other ecms are accessible.

I have checked around for chaffing checked fusible links etc. I am bit stuck on where to go next, has anyone else had this prob or can point me right direction.
