Thats a very difficult post to read !!! but if i have read it correctly you would need to programme the doner ecu to "as built" for the original then in-out code the pats , then load any up-dates.
Genuine IDS ?? as i would not try with a copy !!

ps coil up in smoke !! normally the FET,s in the ECU would blow first.
