Have the above vehicle I have been asked to look at from another garage that is a non starter

After closer inspection I found the Engine ecu is not properly powering up

Connector A PIN No D1 has 12v with Ign on
Connector A PIN No G1 is missing 12v
Connector B PIN No M2 is missing 12v

If I probe either of the missing 12v and induce 12v you hear the Engine ECU Powers up and latches the 12v to these pins

Then I am able to establish comms with the Engine ECU

No fault codes stored

If I then try to Start the Engine the engine will crank but there is no fuel pump prime and No Injector switching, No live to coils & non start

Had another megane2 1.4 in today and was able to compare live data

The first thing that was apparent is that the Computer + after Ignition is missing on the faulty vehicle even after probing

Have so far confirmed that the engine ecu has been unlocked and will start donor car
the UPC (Multi function unit) has been swapped with a donor car and is ok

CAN Communication has been scoped and is OK
