One man's "Basics" is another man's "best efforts".

You need to explain what has been tested & proven, or members will waste time & lose interest.

The most simple test would be a visual inspection of the compressor fan. It is amasing how often a brand new turbo is damaged, due to ingesting debris from the previous turbo failure.

I hope this is not the case here.
