Honda Accord 1998 MIL on, code 09-01 CMP sensor A no signal #

Hi

This car has the MIL on with code 09-01CMP sensor A no signal

I was just curious to know exactly what sensor this is. The crank sensor is a four wired type with what appears to be crank and cam waveforms.
It also has what appears to have a cam sensor waveform at the 'distributor'. This is also a four wire type.

On the Honda wiring diagram it shows the one in the 'distributor'as a CYP sensor.

Any help would be appreciated.
