[OK, I just had this Agila back in and I'm about to send the ECU off for testing. I ran some more tests and the ECU is definitely seeing the feedback sensor. Below you will see the results of scope testing while revving the engine The valve is opening about 45%.
This is the entire capture...

This is the start of the pintle lift...

This is the high point of the command

It all looks good to me, any ideas??
