Hello All

I have the above vehicle at the moment that keeps setting the P0410 Secondary air malfunction dtc after a obd11 drive cycle.

I did find a air leak between secondary air pump and secondary air valve which has been fixed.

The sec air valve also had the plastic top insecure preventing the valve from opening, this has also been fixed but still the vehicle reports the p0410 code after a drive.

When the engine is cold you can hear the pump being activated for approx 35 seconds and seems to be pumping ok and the route after the sec valve seems unobstructed

Just wondered what the ECU'S Requirement is for setting this code so i can move forward with a diagnostic plan
