Two issues;

1) Seems to be leaks from the cam position actuators (two units held into the front of the cylinder head by clamps) Can these just be removed to replace the O ring seals or is the procedure more complex? I have the "Haynes book of lies" but it isnt clear whether this is a simple or complex procedure.

2) There is a rattle at idle which goes away as soon as engine speed is increased. It "seems" to be coming from the area of the lower cam position actuator. Any suggestions??
