Fixed.
Late posting fix to this due to broadband issues.
I found boost pressure/air temp sensor on intercooler off side end,fitted new sensor air intake now reads accurately.I cleared all codes
and then outside air temp returned to display.
Emission test done and all readings now ok[had failed nct on high co]
