Car came in management light on.runs rough on start up seems to be running on 3 cylinders. When engine warms up engine runs smoother. only code is p2004 intake manifold runner control bank 1 stuck open. Removed manifold and flap assembly and all moves freely. Vacuum valve moves and solenoid seems to be working. Car has been to another garage and a lot of the wires to most sensors have been spiked. compression's are good and new plugs fitted. Temp sensor readings ok. We made sure flaps were open when refitting flap assembly as we read that its a common fault for them to jam. When code cleared it comes straight back on.will carry on doing tests and report.
