As already stated, the misfire issues on these can be caused by compression, ignition & injectors. There are also software updates to resolve sticking valve issues, modified fuelling strategies etc.... Tread carefully before taking the head off as there may be an underlying fuelling / software issue which caused the low compression fault in the first instance.
