Car has a persistent miss under load, scoped cam and crank sensors ( attached )

There looks to me to be a fair gap from TDC and the cam pulse, can anyone shed any light on this.

Timing chain is quiet but I have not had the top off yet until fairly certain.

All other sensors have been checked and are working fine.
