To be fair, I have not had this on the later vehicles. Most, but not all in the past did present an intermittent or permanent misfire. When I sent the ECU's off for testing, most could not be found to be defective but I took a chance on recommendation that it is a common fault.

You appear to have replaced the coils and plugs with original parts but the fault remains. It may be worthwhile having a chat with BBA or someone similar to see if this fault is still present in the later vehicles.
