This car has only covered 15k miles ,but has a very odd intermittent no start condition. Cranks, but will not fire up.Once running, it drives fine with no issues. Scenario is ignition on, no mil light,no start and no comms with pcm. Key off then on again and functions may be restored.

What I have established,is that in the no start condition,if fuse 8 (efi system) in engine bay fuse box is removed and refitted with ignition on,then the car will start. I have checked all connectors and pcm multi plugs and as expected they are all brand new. I am starting to think this is a pcm problem, but open to any suggestions.
