Right ok by the looks of things the air leaks I fixed last week, which were injector O-rings and breather pipe made the fuel trims go to max 25% and lock out.
I reset learned values this morning and fuel trims and o2 sensor switch correctly.
Lesson learned RESET LEARNED VALUES!!!!!!!!

p.s I would assume clearing codes would reset values?
