Got this one in yesterday with P0341 triggering Mil lamp, car seems to drive ok although time constraints meant i couldn't give the car a long road test. Customer has no complaints of performance.Engine sounds ok with no obvious timing chain rattles .

I carried out pin point checks on Cam sensor, good Vref, signal & earth present .There doesn't appear to be a software update for this engine so ruled out software issue for now.

I replaced Cam sensor with new genuine part but today light came back with same code.

Has anyone had problems like this?, i don't know if these are prone for stretching chains like the older models
