I did one like this last winter, the garage who called me in to look at it had changed everything including ecu bcm and clocks etc.
Only thing they hadnt tested or changed was the battery.
On a cold crank it was doing 150 rpm and voltage dropped to 8.5v , with the new battery was 175rpm and 11v ( from memory )
Car has started perfectly ever since.
