19 inhg = 65 kpa
KOEO MAP reads 99kpa take away 19 inhg or 65 kpa leaves 34kpa or 340 mbar for KOER.
So yes you are correct.
before you change the map sensor check your vac gauge is still correct, ( says he from experience of chasing tail )
