Cranking with the throttle body on initially produces the same vacuum until the butterfly starts to open which is when vacuum is lost never to return?
I understand that this is idle control possibly trying to bring idle speed up as this idles at around d 6-700 rpm but why does it not decrease opening degree of plate to increase manifold vacuum? ?
