Wierdly enough this could have been my post!
I have a 2012 focus ecoboost 1.0 with exact same symptoms - code says catalyst below threshold - I cant remember the code numbers as I'm at home and the code is at work but will post later.
I was surprised to see the 1.5v pre cat oxy sensor reading at first. Is this because its not a std zirconium sensor?
Can someone tell me if these reading are correct/ expected?
