BMW 1993 520i E34 206S1 Siemens MS 40.1 - Non starter Archived Message

Both KTS and snap-on scanner have failed to communicate with this vehicle, I would appreciate any advice. VehicleÂ’s a none starter, have speed/reference sensor on order, as no waveform was obtained.
