Yes, it was a blocked exhaust. We were thrown by the fact that the car would never restart for hours after the initial fire up. All the blocked cats I have seen have allowed the vehicles to restart after a few minutes going through cycle after cycle of start/stop. Its also a puzzle as to why the car apparently ran A1 to the customers workplace, and packed-up while standing in the car park. Also the codes, Code 19 is listed with in different guides as a)incorrect signal and b)interrupted signal....
Any ideas still welcome for future ref......
