Hi Dave, We have got a similar car in now as a non runner, good signals from TDC sensor, crank sensor and distributor, (1993 quatro) you could try dual tace scoping the TDC and hall sensor to see if they are in line. I think the one that we are working on has got a problem with cam timing, it looks as though the gears are worn and the cam chain has jumped.
