Well fixed it the apprentice when removing alternator bracket attached to head shorted alternator feed wire (of course this never actually happened according to him) this blew main 150amp fuse which looked ok but i decided to probe around as you do and behold blown fuse. bridged it and away we go.i could be angry but as you are all aware its just great to fix it. degreasing all morning for the eapprentice it is.
