    Hello Roy,
you say that you have voltage at pin c but what is the voltage, is it too high.
I n order to check the fuel pressure, first of all remove the ECU and its bracket + the fuel filter and it's bracket to one side. Then on the side of the engine you will see a fuel pipe held on by a banjo bolt. Remove the bolt and the sleeve that it is screwed into. The sleeve is about 3 inches long. Screw the banjo bolt and pipe to the sleeve as is normal. Attach a rubber pipe on the treaded part of the sleeve (the part that screws into the engine) and attach your fuel gauge to that . This way you are measuring the max fuel pressure from the pump and it will build up slowly to 4-4.5 bar.
If you just remove the banjo connection and observe the fuel flow, it is amazing how little fuel flows out. You would think there was next to no fuel flow but that is normal.
Are the brake lights working. If not then there is a fuse blown which is relavant to the injection system.
I don't know wheather the cam sensor will prevent the engine from starting but check it anyway. It's the same as the crank sensor.
    Hope this helps
    Regards
    Eamonn
