Just a suggestion: have you checked the cambelt alignment?Also resistance checks do not apply to hall effect sensors,but if you have a sharp square wave the cam and crank sensors are working.However nothing will happen if they are not synchronised.There is an issue of belts jumping time on this engine,I believe.
