throttle bodie motor short circuit and has taken ecu with it tried a good one 18.9 ohms across motor feed on bodie side,faulty one 1.8ohms feed was 0.6v on pin 4 and 1.4 on 3 on old unit (ecu). 1.6v on pin 4 and 3.4v pin 3 with new ecu. pins 1+2. 5+6 tps with 5v supply same on old and new all readings taken with plate in natural poss. pins 3+4 feed to motor. hope you find this helps as even fiat dealers dont have pin data so they say.
