Javed it does not have a fuel pump relay the fuel pump is the small pump on the front of the engine above the high pressure pump. You have probably got an injector leaking back or the rail control valve o rings are split if you have no fuel in the filter check to make sure you have fuel in the tank.
Im sure you have but just checking also is the fuel cap been replaced or missing i have had a few of these where the cap is missing and people have stuffed tissue paper from the fuel station and it goes all soggy and stops the fuel flow
