    Yes I have the Full version (and the latest software)

    I tried the procedure listed above (and I could hear the ISC doing its thing) But it doesnt seem to have made much diference.

    To recap...

    1) Before service it worked OK (aparrantly)
    2) During service (not by me) the intake ducting (between MAF and throttle housing) was found to be split and was replaced.
    3) after this the problems started..
    4) Audis charged the guy £60 for sqirting carb cleaner into the throttle body and telling him that "It needed further work" (it has been sugested that he may need a new throttle body, but I cant see it myself. It was fine before)

    Symptoms;

    On starting (no throttle) engine starts easly and idles correctly-(and will all day if left alone)

    If engine is revved. idle "Hangs" at about 1400 revs, also it is not a "Smooth" 1400 it wavers, not bad enough to be called a "Hunt" but not smooth either.

    After carriying out the reseting procedure sugested it is possible it might have improved things slightly but it is definitly not a fix.

    the symptoms are still there I noticed that the symptoms are worse with the air con on.

    With aircon off it will start and, initially, idle correctly (as before)but "Hang" at about 1000 (with the wavering)after being revved. With aircon on it still hangs at 1400.

    (I dont know if this was the case before I restet adaptions. I didnt notice the aircon was on before)

    There are no fault codes. I cannot find any air leaks. It drives OK.

    and (appart from adaption issues) I cant really think of any rerason why a service and ducting replacement should cause so much trouble.

    Oh, and BTW, this isnt DBW it has a throttle cable
