    Mercedes Sprinter 2.2 CDI - Will not start in cold weather Archived Message

    This vehicle will start ok if weather is warm when it gets cold you can flatten the battery trying. Have changed battery , heater plugs & control unit rail valve seals but when it does not start live data only records 120 bar fuel pressure under cranking .If it is towed it will start in 20 feet.
    Any ideas (kev g)No fault codes changed eng earth never bothers it when warm.
