I Once Towed a Rover 400 in with an immobiliser problem. The Tow bar Popped apart going round a Busy Roundabout, The guy in the Rover Turned the key and it started, So I was wondering how many vehicles would start that way, I have since tried pushing cars ( just in the yard ) to see if it turns the immobiliser off and it hasn't worked, So they must need to see a decent speed before turning the immobiliser off, Or was mine just a Lucky occasion. ? I have noticed that on some cars the Immobiliser and VSS are connected to the same terminal of the Ecu.

Surely this can't work on all Vehicles, Otherwise Companies Like ATP and Bluestreak etc wouldn't have a problem Testing any Ecu's. ?
