need a diesel techy, above car suffers from rough idle and rpm hangup, if you rev this the revs stay high and you have to put it in gear and let the clutch up to get the revs down. no fault codes but but in live data group 1 field 2 shows injection quantity at 0 mg at idle,field 3 shows the value for "voltage from control rack adjuster" which is 0.6v and fluctuates to 1.2v as it fluctuates to 1.2 field 2 injection quantity jumps to 0.1 mg, according to my data field 3 should be 1.30-2.10v at idle. What I'm thinking is the control collar for fuel quantity is sticking and allowing it to rev high. but I would expect a fault code to be logged, that leads me to a faulty ECU. Any ideas before I get stuck in?
